Establishment of HainuTech Holdings Co., Ltd. and Transition to a New Group Structure

ROCKY-ICHIMARU Co., Ltd. hereby announces that it has established a holding company, HainuTech Holdings Co., Ltd., effective April 1, 2026, and has transitioned to a new group structure.

Purpose of the Transition

HainuTech Holdings has been established to strengthen group management functions and enhance collaboration among group companies.

Through this transition, the group aims to improve operational efficiency and further develop its technological capabilities by integrating the technologies and expertise of each company.

Group Structure

Under the new structure, HainuTech Holdings serves as the holding company, overseeing the following group companies:

• ROCKY-ICHIMARU Co., Ltd.
• Shinei Seiko Co., Ltd.  (Japanese only)
• WinTech Co., Ltd. (Japanese only)
• KONNOPRO Co., Ltd. (Japanese only)
• Ohyama Foods Machinery Co., Ltd.

ROCKY-ICHIMARU continues to operate as a core operating company within the Group.

Continuity of Business Operations

This transition does not affect existing business relationships or operations:

• No changes to contracts or business terms
• No changes to ordering, billing, or payment procedures
• No changes to points of contact

All services and communications will continue as before.
