Large diameter 2-way piston valves with an air-driven double-acting cylinder used in the water-cooling lines in steelworks, such as laminar cooling devices for hot-rolling mills.

## Product Features

### POINT Structure Allows for Easy Maintenance

During valve maintenance, the cylinder unit can be replaced without removing the valve body, which is flanged to the main piping.

### POINT Double-sided Use Doubles Life

The discs are made of abrasion resistant resin sheets can be replaced with the back side when the front side wears out.

### With POC valve for keeping valve closed (Specialized specification: Z3)

If the air supply is stopped with the valve closed, the POC valve temporarily maintains the pressure in the upper air chamber to prevent water pressure leakage from the valve seat.

### With sensor bracket (Specialized specification: Z5)

Designed with a bracket for mounting a proximity sensor to detect whether the valve is opened or closed.
